Will not be Able to Attend the National Awards Ceremony: Amitabh Bachchan

Bollywood film Star Amitabh Bachchan has revealed on his Twitter handle that he is down with fever and due to this he will not be able to attend the National Awards ceremony to be held in New Delhi on Monday. The actor has given information about fever on social media. Due to this, he is not in a position to travel. Amitabh Bachchan will miss the prestigious national award ceremony to be held in the country's capital on Monday.

On his Twitter, Amitabh gave information about his health and expressed his inability to participate in it due to ill and he is upset with it. He wrote in his tweet, 'Down with fever .. ! Not allowed to travel .. will not be able to attend National Award tomorrow in Delhi .. so unfortunate .. my regrets ..' Amitabh Bachchan is being awarded with the prestigious 50th Dadasaheb Phalke Award, Indian cinema's biggest honour in his 50th year in the Indian film industry. Dadasaheb Phalke Award is considered one of the highest civilian awards. This award is given due to the contribution made in Indian cinema. In this award, gold lotus medal, shawl and cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh are given.

The awards will be presented to the winners, honored by Vice President Venkaiah Naidu in the presence of Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar. A few months ago Amitabh Bachchan was admitted to Nanavati Hospital for treatment of liver. Big B has just finished shooting for his upcoming projects.
