When Irrfan Khan Played Lenin’s Character on Stage, Watch the Video

Bollywood's legendary actor Irrfan Khan has left the world on April 29. Irrfan has worn flags of his brilliant acting not only in bollywood but also in Hollywood. Many videos of Irrfan's NSD era are becoming viral on social media. In a video that is going viral, Irrfan is seen playing the role of Valadimir Lenin.

The video going viral is of the blue horse Teleplay on Lala grass in the National School of Drama. In the play, Irrfan is seen playing the role of Russian communist revolutionary Valadimir Lenin. Irrfan did the show at the Ram Sri Center for Prasanna Productions.

Doordarshan's play was written by Mikhail Shatrov. The title of the play was 'Laal Ghaas Pe Neela Ghoda' which was translated into Hindi by Uday Prakash. Irrfan was also seen in the show along with his classmate Mita Vasistha and wife Sutapa Sikdar.

After the death of Irrfan, his classmate and actor Mita had said- there was a seriousness about him which was well known but he was also mischief which we see in his roles. We were classmates for three years, staying together 24 hours, going for Manipur Education Trip, eating together, fighting and it was almost like a blood relationship. A part of us has died.

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has shared a poem from the film Piku for Irrfan. Moments passed, faces changed. Piku was released in 2015, which was directed by Shoojit Sarkar. Apart from Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan was also seen in it.
