Following the recent violent clash in Ladakh between China's PLA army and Indian jawans, Bollywood and TV industry have paid tribute to the soldiers killed on behalf of India on social media. At the same time, TV actor Karanvir Bohra who used Tik-Tok and used to share his videos on social platform daily, has deleted it.
Karanvir Bohra wrote on Instagram,- 'I know I can't do much sitting in my home, but pray and send blessings. My heart goes out to the jawans and their families who gave up their who gave up their life in the #ChinaIndiaFaceoff. 20 soldiers martyred at the LOC. First thing first, I', done with India Tik-Tok. I'm pressing delete Tik-Tok.
After this, Karanvir has shared a screenshot of his phone, in which it is clearly seen that he is deleting Tik-Tok from his mobile. He wrote in the caption- 'Sending prayers and love to the martyred soul and their families and now one by one I'm going to start disassociating with #madeinchina maal. Starting with Tik-Tok. Thank you Tik-Tok for all the love you have shown me, but this is necessary.
There has been a discussion on social media to boycott Chinese app Tik-Tok for some time. Some are opposing it, while many are in support.
ABOUT INDO-CHINA CLASH
Let us know that 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a violent clash between the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China and the Indian Army on Monday night in East Ladakh. The army gave this information on Tuesday. Sources said that the number of martyrs may increase, as many jawans are badly injured.
