The national capital region (NCR), including Delhi, has been hit by earthquake 11 times in the last month and a half. Experts behind the frequent earthquakes believe that this is a sign of great danger for NCR in the coming times. People need to be vigilant. Meanwhile, there is a flood of memes on social media. People are creating funny memes on scenes from Bollywood films.

It is being told that in Delhi-NCR, the energy is being released due to the activation of the plates inside the earth, due to which the shocks are felt continuously.

According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), there have been tremors in Delhi and NCR on April 12, 13 and 16. Similarly, the trend of earthquake tremors continued in May.

Tremors occurred in Delhi and Faridabad NCR on 6, 10, 15 May and 28 May. After this, on 29 May, there were two shocks, whose center was Rohtak.

According to the National Seismology Center, earthquake tremors have also been experienced in some states like one in Rajasthan, four in Uttrakhand and six in Himanchal Predesh during this period of time.

However, the magnitude of the tremors ranged from 2.2 to 4.5 on the Richter scale. There is a possibility of loss in case of shock of higher intensity.

Let us tell you that the country is divided into 4 seismic zones (2, 3, 4 and 5) in terms of earthquake. Delhi and NCR falls in the zone 4. This is the second number zone in terms of destruction. There is a possibility of earthquake of seven to eight magnitudes on this Richter scale. The Delhi and NCR earthquake has strong danger zones.
