Mumbai: On World Environment Day, filmmaker, writer and Ayushmann Khurrana's wife Tahira Kashyap has given five tips to keep pace with nature. Tahira posted a video on Instagram, in which she is seen explaining 5 tips to everyone. From 'not throwing garbage on the streets, not spreading garbage' to 'doing some gardening at home instead of destroying plants' and saying no to plastic and being able to adapt to the use of glass and wood for our everyday needs'. Tahira urged everyone to follow the suggestions, so that the beauty of nature would remain intact. Along with this, Tahira also advised people to include green vegetables in the daily diet.

In the video, Tahira states, "The current situation and the world we are seeing now is a reflection of the same acts we have done in the past. We have a tendency to think that we and the environment are two different things, but I think it's time we realise that our environment and we are one. For a better future, to avoid global warming, floods, viruses and cyclones, we need to do the right things in our present. That's why I thought of sharing these quick tips, which are very easy. It's something that each of us can do."
