Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has for the first time appealed to people through his Mir Foundation to come forward and donate whatever they want to donate. Shah Rukh Khan believes that in this situation, this money will help in providing PPE kits for the doctors, as the doctors have been working away from their home and family for 24 hours to cure patients for months. Well, Shah Rukh Khan's Mir Foundation never works on donations but this time the situation is different.

Shah Rukh has requested donations from people by tweeting a video. In the caption, Shah Rukh has written – 'Let's support those brave health officials and medical teams and contribute them for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), who are leading the fight against coronavirus. A little help can go a long way.'
