Actor Suniel Shetty has appealed to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to help Bollywood.

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty on Thursday said that 99 per cent of Bollywood people do not take drugs and focus on hard work to reach out to people and thus, it is necessary to remove the Boycott trend from Bollywood.

Significantly, the Boycott trend against many Bollywood films and stars has been going on on social media for a long time. Recently Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film Pathaan is at the center of controversies.

He has urged the CM to help eradicate hatred against the Hindi film industry.

Also, he said that "Please convey this message to PM Narendra Modi as well."

UP CM is on a two-day visit to Mumbai

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is on a two-day visit to Mumbai. During this, the CM met people from the film world including actors Suniel Shetty, Subhash Ghai, Jackie Shroff, Rajkumar Santoshi, Manmohan Shetty and Boney Kapoor.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a roadshow in the city on Thursday i.e. Jan 05 and invited industrialists and entrepreneurs to visit the northern state during the three-day 'UP Global Investor Summit' to be held in Lucknow from February 10-12.

Film personalities described it as a very happy moment

After meeting CM Yogi, film personalities described it as a very happy moment. Film star Jackie Shroff has tweeted that his meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was a pleasant feeling.

He wrote on his Twitter handle that it is always a pleasure to interact with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Ji in Mumbai today along with close friends from the film industry Suniel Shetty, Subhash Ghai and Rahul Mittra.

At the same time, Rahul Mitra also described the meeting with CM Yogi as unforgettable.
