Last year during the #MeToo movement Filmmaker Sajid Khan had been accused of sexual misconduct by several women. Actors like Vidya Balan, Bipasha Basu and Lara Dutta also have spoken about their bad experience with Sajid during the movie shoots.

Tamannaah Bhatia was asked about her work experience with Sajid and she stated the filmmaker has never mistreated her. She said, "For me, it has always been about the script and what's the kind of film that I am working on. When I worked with Sajid, unfortunately, none of our films did well. He never treated me in any bad way and I was completely comfortable working with him".

Tamannaah worked with Sajid in films like Himmatwala and Humshakals.

On Vidya's statement on never to work him again, Tamannaah said it's normal for her to react like that. "Everyone has a different experience and everybody is entitled to their own opinion and experience. If Vidya has had a bad experience, it's normal for her to react like that."

She went on to add, "I don't think he gets women."

Soon after the accusations, Sajid was also dropped as the director of Akshay Kumar's upcoming film 'Housefull 4'. The film also starred, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles.
