Ranveer Singh Lifted the Cricket World Cup Trophy; the Poster is Out form the Movie ‘83’

There is constant discussion about Bollywood star Ranveer Singh's upcoming movie '83'. A new poster of this movie has come out, in which Ranveer Singh is seen lifting the Cricket World Cup trophy in the role of former veteran cricketer Kapil Dev. In this picture, he has once again repeated the scene when India lifted the World Cup trophy for the first time. The film is based on India's historic win of the 1983 Cricket World Cup.

While sharing the photo on social media, Ranveer Singh wrote in the caption, 'Yeh Hai 83'. Film is directed by Kabir Khan, which will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu language on 10 April 2020.

Apart from Ranveer and Deepika in this film, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Amy Virk, Jeeva, Hardy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Chirag Patil, Adinath Kothari, Patience Karwa, Dinkar Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Jatin Sarna, R Badri, Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi, Neena Gupta, Parvati Nayyar and Aditi Arya will also be seen.

Real-life duo Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will once again be seen on screen as pair in the film '83'. In '83' Deepika will be seen playing the role of Romi Dev. Romi Dev is the wife of cricket legend Kapil Dev. The two have also worked together in 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela', 'Bajirao Mastani' and 'Padmavat'.

Apart from this film, Ranveer will also be seen in 'Jayeshbhai Jigar'. Directed by newcomer writer-director Divyang Thakkar, 'Jayeshbhai Jigar' is a comedy film based on the backdrop of Gujarat and Ranveer will be portrayed as a Gujarati.
