The most recent addition to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's family is headed, as the surrogate conveying their child kid is in the process of giving birth.

 Kourtney Kardashian spilled the beans amid a May 9 taping of Ellen where the 40-year-old brought out six of visitor Kris Jenner's grandchildren in an unexpected appearance.

 When everybody was on the couch, have Ellen DeGeneres noticed that Kim should be there until Kourtney exclaimed: "My mother doesn't realize this yet Kim's surrogate started giving birth so she's at the medical clinic." Kris looked shocked while Ellen was at that point in on the news, saying "So we needed to keep it calm yet indeed, that is what she's not doing here. Cause the surrogate started giving birth, she's there." 

Kim and Kanye's three children were at the Ellen taping and not at the medical clinic to anticipate the entry of their new sibling. North, 5, Saint, 3, and one year old Chicago were there to be a part of the Mother's Day shock that left Kris close tears as she watched six of her grandchildren. Kourtney brought along her three children Mason, 8, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 3. 

 Kim still doesn't have a name selected for the new Kardashian-West. "She's limited names," a source near the truth star let us know. During an April 1 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! she said that the name Robert, after her late dad and more her sibling, was one name she was emphatically considering, however not a firm choice. 

North and Saint sat blandly as Kourtney conveyed the news that their child sibling is headed.  "She's conversing with her children and telling them as much as they're ready to comprehend that another infant is coming and it's in another person's belly," a source commented.

"She and Kanye both have constantly needed big families, so no one would be amazed on the off chance that she announces to have another kid. Her children are her life and she's a hands-on mother."
