“I feel like I’m dreaming” : Halle Bailey on Playing the Ariel

Teen star Halle Bailey says she isn't made a big deal about the "negativity" around her giving a role as new Ariel in Disney's cutting edge revamp of The Little Mermaid.

The 19-year-old on-screen character's throwing was for the most part hailed by the fans yet a few people said that it was not with regards to the first form of a white, redheaded mermaid. Not long after #NotMyAriel slanted on Twitter.

Conversing with Variety, Bailey said she is simply "thankful" and "energized" to depict the character in the movie, which will be coordinated by Rob Marshall.

"I feel like I'm dreaming and I'm just grateful and I don't pay attention to the negativity," the on-screen character said.

"I just feel like this role was something bigger than me, and greater. It's going to be beautiful. I'm just so excited to be a part of it," she included.

The real life film will rotate around Hans Christian Andersen's fantasy of a mermaid called Ariel who wishes to be human after she experiences passionate feelings for a ruler. Ariel makes an arrangement with Ursula, who awards her the desire however removes her voice consequently.

Awkwafina and Jacob Tremblay are as of now ready the task while Melissa McCarthy is in talks  with play ocean witch Ursula.
