Cannes 2023: On May 16, actress Esha Gupta made a stunning debut on the Cannes red carpet. The diva, known for her daring and fantastic fashion choices, looked magnificent in a high-slit gown at the Cannes Film Festival 2023 opening ceremony.

For the opening ceremony, the diva wore a lovely ivory-pink gown by designer Nicolas Jebran and was groomed by Victor Blanco, demonstrating how to make a memorable debut on the world's most prestigious red carpet.

The actress is part of the Indian delegation to Cannes 2023, which is led by L Murugan, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting.

The flowing gown featured a super-high split that almost reached her waist. That isn't everything. Her collared gown was enhanced by a transparent neckline embellished with exquisite white flower motifs.

The actress kept her makeup simple and preserved the warm romantic tone of her look.

She accentuated her inherent beauty with soft-pink blush, bare lips, and understated eye glitter. The diva wore her hair in a low ponytail and allowed side flicks to frame her face.

She accessorised her Cannes ensemble with a set of stunning earrings, bold rings, and white high heels.

"I am delighted to be here at Cannes Film Festival 2023 as part of the Indian government delegation," Esha Gupta said in a video posted to her Instagram account.

I'd like to use this opportunity to thank the Indian government and FICCI for giving me this opportunity on a worldwide scale.

India is now on a worldwide stage in the realm of movies, and it is a privilege to represent my nation and show the world its unique voice and vision in cinema.

Walking the red carpet at Cannes is a dream come true."
