‘Dil Bechara’ is the Last Film of Sushant Singh Rajput

Everyone is shocked by the demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sushant, 34, committed suicide by hanging himself at his home in Mumbai on 14 June. Sushant was last seen in 'Chichhore'. Released last year, the film made its place in the 100 crore club. Sushant's last film will be 'Dil Bechara'. The film was scheduled to release on May 8, but was postponed due to a corona virus pandemic.

Sanjana Sanghi was going to be seen opposite Sushant in 'Dil Bechara'. It was Sanjana's debut movie. Along with this, Mukesh Chhabra has also made his debut as a director with 'Dil Bechara'. Saif Ali Khan will be seen in guest appearances in this film.

Talking about the film's story, it is the official Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood film 'The Fault in Our Stars'. The film featured a love story of two cancer patients. Shooting of the film was being made under the names 'Kazie and Manny', but later its name was changed to 'Dil Bechara'. The release date of the film was changed twice. Earlier this film was scheduled to release on 29 November 2019 but due to some reasons it was further extended to 8 May 2020.

After the death of Sushant, 'Dil Bechara' director Mukesh Chhabra has shared an emotional post. He wrote – 'Sushant was like a brother to me. It is so unfortunate and heartbreaking and I cannot even put it down in words. Sushant was an introverted but he was really cannot even put it down in words. Sushant was an introvert but he was really intelligent and talented beyond words. The industry has lost a gem, an irreplaceable gem. Deeply saddened and shocked. I still can't believe it. Our endless conversations have come to an abrupt end. I hope you are in a better place my brother, will always miss you and love you'.

Sushant's 'Dil Bechara' co-star Sanjana Sanghi also shared the post on social media. She was seen crying a lot in the video. She said – I could not believe it. I refreshed the web page 100 times. Hoping it was a joke.

Talking about 'Dil Bechara', Saif Ali Khan told the Times of India – 'When I did a guest appearance in 'Dil Bechara', he was very happy with it. He was very good. He told me – he wants to talk with me on many things, but that could not happen. For which I feel bad. If I had talked to him, I might have helped him. I don't know but I liked working with him. He was very good'.

Let us tell you that Sushant was undergoing treatment for depression for the last 6 months. Sushant was cremated in Mumbai on Monday. Where many stars like Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Kriti Sanon and Vivek Oberoi arrived.
