Coronavirus: Hema Malini Condemns Discrimination against Health Workers, Shared Video on Social Media

Corona virus infection is constantly increasing in the country. To prevent this, health workers across the country are constantly engaged in the treatment of infected people. There are reports of misconduct with these health workers from many places. Film actress and BJP leader Hema Malini has reacted strongly to this. She has condemned this by posting a video on social media regarding the discrimination against health workers.

Hema Malini shared a video from her Instagram account expressing concern over the condition of health workers. In the video shared, Hema Malini is saying 'Friends, I have seen in many news channels and I am very sad that the health workers are being treated very badly. They are also being prevented from entering their house.

In the video, she further says that 'Just think, if at this time there is someone who is our true protector, then it is these people who are going to street to street to find and treat patients.' With this, she is saying that opposing them is equal to playing with the security of the country and every citizen. In his video, Hema Malini has appealed to people to respect health workers.

According to the Health Ministry, so far 8356 infected patients have been present in the country. Of these, 715 people have recovered, while 273 people have died. The highest number of infections are coming from Maharashtra. In Maharashtra, the number of infected patients has crossed 1800. So far, 110 people have died in the state.
