Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying to recover from the shock of loosing the government which has been running from last 15 years in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh in three major Hindi states in the recent assembly elections. It wants to get rid of it in winning new areas. For this, he has started 'Mission 123′.

Party officials told that the BJP has started its "mission 123". Under this, he is focusing on winning the 123 Lok Sabha seats he contested against, which he did not win despite the Modi wave in 2014. Last year, the party has handed over charge of these 123 seats to each leader in 25 parts.

Officials said that the party wants to use the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's public rally for the next 100 days. Modi himself will visit these 123 parliamentary seats spread across 20 states and will activate BJP workers as well as demanding voters' support. These include West Bengal, Assam, and Odisha, where there are 77 Lok Sabha seats in total
