The Supreme Court on Tuesday announced its decision on the appeal of BJP youth leader Priyanka Sharma and asked for the immediate release of BJP workers. However, Senior Advocate NK Kaul, representing BJP's young wing activist Priyanka Sharma, argued with Sharma on the direction of the Supreme Court to apologize to Banerjee and said, "Apologizing is the amount to violate the right of freedom of expression." He is granted bail in the meantime that I will take bail in the meantime. " He instructed him to apologize.

After which the apex court recalled Sharma's lawyer NK Kaul and revised it and canceled the condition of forgiveness.
