In such a situation, the names of the new ministers are almost fixed. It is said that many new faces will be added to the cabinet. Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala have had a lot of effort in making ministers from their respective parties. Now everything has been decided and the approval of the BJP high command remains. In the new cabinet, ethnic balance is a big challenge for the ministers.

While Chief Minister Manohar Lal will form the new cabinet based on the results of the assembly elections, BJP's rally JJP will also be given full representation in the cabinet. Such an ethnic balance is being tried between the two parties regarding the cabinet, on the basis of which both parties can give a similar message in the field.

It is said that agreement has been reached between Chief Minister Manohar Lal and Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala about the form of the new cabinet. The names and ministries to be included in the cabinet are yet to be sealed by the top leadership of the BJP. Apart from the Chief Minister and Deputy CM, 12 ministers can be included in the cabinet. There will be eight ministers in BJP quota and four ministers in JJP quota. BJP is trying to increase its quota to nine.

Former speaker Kanwarpal Gurjar, who has won the elections from Ambala Cantonment continuously and is elected from Jagadhri, is set to become a minister. Dr. Banwari Lal, who won elections from Bawal, can also be made a minister. Seema Trikha from Barkhal, Nirmala Rani from Gannore and Kamlesh Dhanda from Kalayat won the elections. There is a tussle between the three for the post of minister in the women's quota.

In Vaishya quota, Narendra Gupta from Faridabad, Ghanshyam Saraf from Bhiwani, Gyanchand Gupta from Panchkula, Dr. Kamal Gupta from Hisar, Sudhir Singla from Gurugram and Deepak Mangla from Palwal have won the elections. If Gyanchand Gupta becomes the speaker, there will be tremendous lobbying for Dr. Kamal Gupta and Deepak Mangla for the post of minister.

The names of Subhash Sudha, who won elections from Thanesar, the victorious Harvindra Kalyan from Gharaunda and Mahipal Dhanda, who won elections from Panipat Rural, are also running fast for the post of minister. Sandeep Singh, former captain of the Indian hockey team, who won the election from Pihowa, may also be rewarded for the post of minister, but Sandeep Singh is not coming in the way of public connect. Krishna Middha, who won the election from Jind, JP Dalal from Loharu and Moolchand Sharma, who won the Ballabhgarh election, are also engaged in tremendous lobbying for the post of minister.
