Delhi Court Granted Interim Bail to 6 Bureaucrats: INX Media Case

The Delhi court on Friday granted interim bail to six accused bureaucrats of the Foreign Investment Promotion Board who worked with former finance minister P. Chidambaram in the INX Media Corruption case.

Along with this, the Delhi court has also issued a notice to the Central Investigation Agency in the anticipatory bail case. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on 17 December.

It is worth noting that among the 6 officers who were summoned to appear in the court, Ajit Kumar Dungdung, Ravindra Prasad, Pradeep Kumar Bagga, Prabodh Saxena, Anoop K. The names of the priest, Sindhushree Khullar, were included. Also tell us that all these 6 officers were working in the Finance Ministry during Chidambaram's tenure.
