The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) had recently issued a notification for the recruitment of 904 posts of Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer (Statistics). The process of online application for recruitment to these posts has started from 19 September. As per the official notification, the last date to apply for this recruitment is October 9, 2019. If the candidates fill any wrong details in their application form, then they can edit it by October 16, 2019.

Candidates applying for the posts of Assistant Statistical Officer and Assistant Research Officer (Statistics) should have a degree in graduation in Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, Commerce, Economics or Statistics from any recognized university. Also, there should be 'O' Level Diploma in Computer from DOEACC or at least one-year Diploma in Computer Science. Apart from this, knowledge of Hindi language in Devanagari script is also necessary.

Age Limit and Salary
On 1 July 2019, the age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years or more than 40 years. If this condition is not met, the candidature will be rejected. There is a provision for relaxation in upper age limit for candidates belonging to reserve category. Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs 9300-34800 + Rs 4200.

As an application fee, General and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs 185. At the same time, SC / ST category candidates will get Rs 95 and PWD candidates will get Rs 25 application fee. For selection on these posts, the Commission will conduct a written examination. The details of the written examination will be published on the official website of the commission.
