The Ministry of Human Resource Development has extended the date for the application of 2020 Commonwealth Masters Scholarship in United Kingdom. The last date of application for scholarship was 15 November which has now been extended to 15 December 2019. The scholarship is awarded by the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission, UK.

This scholarship is awarded for pursuing a one-year master's degree course. The course will start in September / October 2020. Candidates who are offered admission for Academic Year 2019-20 / 2020-21 can apply for the 2020 Commonwealth Scholarship UK.

* Strengthen health system and capacity

* Promoting global prosperity

* Strengthening global peace, security and governance

* Making strong efforts towards restraint and response to crisis

* Access, inclusion and opportunity

Applicants must upload a personal statement in about 500 words while applying for the scholarship. In it, we have to briefly tell about his personal incident, due to which he was encouraged to contribute to the development of his country. The applicant will also have to explain how they can benefit the country. Apart from this, a career plan has to be presented during the scholarship and five years after getting the scholarship.
