Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has invited online applications for the recruitment of 6437 posts of Specialist Medical Officer and General Medical Officer. Eligible candidates can apply for these posts by visiting the official website of the commission (www.btsc.bih.nic.in). As per the notification released by the commission, the last date to apply online for recruitment to the posts of BTSC Specialist Medical Officer and General Medical Officer is October 18, 2019. Candidates can pay the application fee till October 18, 2019.

Bihar Technical Service Commission is organizing this recruitment drive to fill the posts of 2425 General Medical Officers and 4012 Specialist Medical Officers.

Application fee:
Candidates related to General / OBC / EWS category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 200. At the same time, candidates belonging to SC / ST / EBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 50. Women applicants will also have to pay Rs 50 as application fee.

Age limit:
The age limit is 37 years for General Candidates 'Mail Candidates, 40 years for General Candidates' Female Candidates, 40 years for BC / OBC Candidates. The age limit for SC / ST category candidates is 42 years.
