Pakistan's military strength is half that of India in every respect. India has more number of fighter jets from Pakistan. India has 2185 fighter jets while Pakistan has only 1281 fighter aircraft. India has 4426 tanks while Pakistan has only 2182 tanks.

According to IISS data, an annual assessment of the country's military strength, China ranks first in terms of the number of military personnel, while India ranks second. North Korea ranks third, Pakistan fourth, South Korea fifth, Vietnam 6th, Myanmar 7th, Indonesia 8th, Thailand 9th, and Sri Lanka 10th.
