Naval personnel will no longer be able to use the smartphone most of the time while on duty. Also, Facebook has been banned for them. Actually, there was a case of honeytrap. Keeping this in mind, this step is reported to go away. According to the information received, naval personnel will not be able to use the smartphone while being present at the naval base, dockyard and warship.

7 Navy personnel were caught

Recently 7 navy personnel were caught. These people were leaking secret information to Pakistan's secret agency. It was being done through social media by implicating them in honeytrap. According to the order, it is announced to ban the messaging app, networking site, blogging site, content sharing, hosting, e-commerce site for the Navy.

Navy official said that Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other similar messengers are banned. He said that roughly one can say that the smartphone has been banned.

Andhra Pradesh Police uncovered a spy racket. The gang was being run through social media by the Pakistani Intelligence Agency. In this, 7 navy personnel from Mumbai, Visakhapatnam were caught. According to the Navy officer, such restrictions have been imposed even earlier.
