Korean pop star T.O.P, otherwise known as Choi Seung-hyun, of BIGBANG fame, has been released from military administration.

On 6 July, the K-pop icon completed his obligation as an open administration official at the Yongsan Administrative Office in Seoul.

In any case, rather than gathering his fans outside the workplace, the meet-and-welcome was moved to another area by T.O.P's organization, YG Entertainment, where he could meet them without the media around, as indicated by a report by Koreaboo.

Once at the setting, the symbol circumvented the scene to welcome his fans and shook their hands.

In an enthusiastic Instagram post (his first since April 2017), T.O.P expressed gratitude toward his fans again for their steady help as the years progressed.

"Even though I am not proud of myself, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the fans who made time and efforts to share this moment with me," the K-pop star wrote. "I will make sure to reflect on my self and repay the hurts and disappointments I caused to you. Again, thank you. Until I see you again.. love, T.O.P."

The arrangement of pictures he posted demonstrated him welcoming the same number of fans as he could, and incorporated a transcribed note in Korean on the last slide that said,"I'm so heartbroken, and much obliged."

Soon after his arraignment, the K-pop star was discovered oblivious not long after his condemning and was hospitalized for treatment in a mental ward. He got a 10-month suspended jail sentence in July 2017, and continued his required military administration as an open administration laborer in January 2018.
