Nidhi Hakla

The security forces fighting the war against terrorism in the Kashmir Valley were successful on Wednesday.  Five militants, including Hizbul Mujahideen top commander Riyaz Naiku, were killed by security forces in an ongoing encounter at two different locations in Awantipora.  The killing of Naiku is considered a major blow to Hizb.  Riyaz Naiku, a 12-million-dollar Hizb terrorist, came to his native village Begipora on Tuesday night, the security forces came to know and surrounded.  He was accompanied by 2 to 3 more terrorists.  Only the other terrorists killed with him have not given identification.  At the same time, in the second encounter going on in Sharashali, 12 kilometers from Avantipora, the security forces have killed three terrorists.

According to the police, Naiku's mother's health has been deteriorating for the past several days.  He reached his village Pegipora on Tuesday only to meet his mother.  He was accompanied by two to three more terrorists.  Reliable sources gave this information to the police on Tuesday night itself.  As soon as the information was received, the SOG of the police, 55 RR and CRPF 185 battalion of the army had laid siege to the village Pegipora.  When the house-to-house search was started to find Naiku in the morning, the terrorists started firing on the security forces.

At the same time, the propagation of this on social sites has started as soon as the information about the Hizb commander's death in this encounter in Avantipora spread in the valley.  Mischievous and anti-national elements active in the Kashmir Valley are trying to use the internet's various social media to incite people and collect them at encounter sites.  The administration has suspended internet mobile service in the valley as a precaution.
