70 patients infected with corona virus sent from Agra to Saifai Medical University Hospital via bus and ambulance strolled on the road for three hours outside the main gate of the hospital. The police said that the local people informed the police officers including the police station in-charge and the officer, after which the police officer, Chandra Pal Singh, informed the university's vice-chancellor, Dr. Rajkumar.

According to the police, Singh provided water and biscuits to the patients. These patients reached the Saifai University of Medical Sciences from Agra via the bus and ambulance at four in the morning. Police said that as the main gate of the hospital was closed, all the patients kept walking on the roads in front of and around the main gate till seven in the morning.

Rajkumar said that this happened due to lack of communication from the Agra administration. The Vice Chancellor then opened the main gate of the hospital and the patients were admitted to the Corona Virus Wing built inside the hospital.
