In view of the increasing threat of Coronavirus in India, the lockdown has been ordered in many states. The people have been ordered to follow this lockdown till 31 March. The Indian government is making people aware of Corona and is constantly appealing to avoid the crowd.

Indian team off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has made a special request to the people of the country in his own way. He has warned the people of India to try to stay at home as much as possible and do not step outside. Ashwin said that if the coronavirus spreads further from here, the country will face a terrible situation. The population of the country is quite large and there is a lack of information in many parts. Ashwin on Monday clearly said that if you want to protect yourself and those around you from this virus, then staying home is the solution.

He wrote on Twitter, "Taking in all information ( both authentic and some seemingly panicky ones). One thing seems certain " The next 2 weeks are going to be extremely crucial". Every city in India should literally feel deserted for the next 2 weeks, cos if this escalates it will be mayhem."

The 33-year-old Ashwin also changed the name of his official Twitter account. He has now named his handle Let's Stay Indoor India. He wrote, "We must not forget that the population of our country is very large and there is a lack of information in many large parts of the country."
