Samsung Extends Warranty of Mobile and Electronics Products till June 15 for its Customers

Samsung India has announced that it is extending the standard warranty in the product portfolio until June 15. "Keeping in mind the current situation, we have extended the standard warranty in our product portfolio till June 15, 2020," the company said in a statement. This will be valid for all products whose warranty expires from March 20 to May 31.

Samsung said that these days when adoption of social distance has become part of a normal routine, in view of this, all its exclusive stores are ready to ensure consumer safety. The company further stated that all their stores are safety certified.

Safety Store is a public private initiative to ensure a safe environment for consumers and store employees. Certification will ensure that consumers feel safe and reassured when they visit shops to purchase smartphones and other devices.

Samsung said last week that it had partnered with digital payment platform Beno. Under this, consumers will now be able to buy items from smartphones to electronics from their nearest store online.
