Saraswat said that the epidemiologists of India have given very clear indications that the third wave of Kovid-19 is inevitable, and it is likely to start from September-October. Therefore the country should vaccinate more and more people. He says, 'We have done well to a great extent. We coped well with the second wave of Covid-19 and it is as a result of that that new cases of infection are coming down significantly.
He said, 'With the help of our scientific and technological activities, creating oxygen banks, setting up industries to supply oxygen in large numbers, we have been able to deal with the epidemic. Railways, airports, military forces are being used to carry liquid oxygen. Earlier, more than 4 lakh cases were being reported daily in the country, but in the last few days, the number of new cases of infection has come down to around 1.3 lakh.
Saraswat further said that India's management was good even during the first wave of the Covid-19 global pandemic. He also gave the country the confidence to control the second wave of the global pandemic. Our handling of the second wave of COVID-19 was excellent, which we call emergency management. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry at 8 am on Friday, after 1,32,364 new cases of coronavirus were reported in India in a day, the number of infected in the country increased to 2,85,74,350, while the number of patients The infection-free rate has crossed 93 percent.
