One reason for this virus is that the symptoms of coronavirus are similar to cold or flu. The main symptoms of coronavirus are fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath, as well as loss of your senses of smell and taste, in some cases, digestive problems.  According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the coronavirus (COVID-19) test begins by taking a sample, which is done by placing a thin stalk to reach the patients nose or their mouth or back of the throat.  If you feel that you have symptoms of coronavirus, then by all means, get tested.  You can consult your state or local health department or a health expert where to go for it.

After taking a sample, the stick moves into a liquid-filled tube and its taken to a lab, where professionals then evaluate the Virus protein and chemical composition to see if it is infected with the coronavirus. This process usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
