Hope Sporting Activities in India will Resume Soon, Says Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju

On Sunday, Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju said that I hope that the sporting activities that were halted due to coronavirus outbreak will resume soon. Let us tell you that the COVID-19 epidemic has greatly impacted the sports world. All sporting events in India have been halted since the coronavirus outbreak. Now things are slowly returning back to normal. The players have been allowed to practice with instructions by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Rijiju said, "I want sports activities to start as soon as possible. I sincerely hope that in the next few months we will be ready for some events. But at the same time Rijiju said that the health and safety of the players are paramount."
