Harsh Vardhan to Hold Meeting with Health Ministers of 8 States

New Delhi: India is battling the Corona epidemic. If there are no beds in hospitals due to the ever-increasing infection, then there is a crowd of people from medicine to the necessary health system.

Many corona victims have died due to a lack of oxygen. At the same time, the speed of vaccines has also reduced in the states. Regarding the reduction in the speed of vaccine, the state governments allege that the central government is not giving an adequate amount of vaccine.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan hold Meeting

Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan will hold a meeting today with the Health Ministers of the 8 States who are lagging behind in Covid Vaccination. The Union Health Minister will hold a meeting with the ministers of the states regarding vaccination.

In this meeting, he will be joined by the Health Ministers of Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Telangana.

Explain that the total number of corona patients in India has reached close to two and a half crores. Among them, more than 37 lakh patients are still infected. The fastest cases in the world are increasing every day in India.

Covid 19 Wreaking Havoc in India 

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 348,421 new corona cases have been reported and 4205 infected have died during this period. However, 3,55,338 people have also recovered from Corona.

At the same time, till May 11, 17 crores 52 lakh 35 thousand 991 corona vaccine doses have been given all over the country. 24 lakh 46 thousand 674 vaccines were given on the previous day. At the same time, about 30.75 crore corona tests have been done.
