Drones Monitored in UP-Punjab, 15 FIR’s Registered So Far, 20 Vehicles Seized

There is a continuous increase in the cases of corona virus in the country. A 21-day lockdown is in place in the country to deal with the corona virus crisis. Under this lockdown, people have been instructed to stay in their homes. At the same time, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab police are also using drones to fully observe and monitor the lockdown.

In order to fully comply with the lockdown, police in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad are now keeping watch over people not only on the main highway but also inside the streets. In Ghaziabad, police is now monitoring drone cameras and ensuring lockdown.

In fact, the police were getting information about lockdown violations in the narrow streets of Ghaziabad, after which drone cameras are being hired in Ghaziabad for surveillance and if anyone is found to be violating the lockdown by drone photography then Ghaziabad SSP Kalanidhi Naithani has been ordered to file a case.

At the same time, Punjab Police has also started monitoring with drones during lockdown. Also, in Punjab, during the lockdown, it has also been said by the police to take strict action against the violators. Many FIR's have also been registered during this period.

Giving details of drone surveillance started on Thursday, the DGP said that drones have so far been deployed in 34 places in 10 districts of Punjab. At the same time, strict action is being taken against the violators during the lockdown. The drone is proving to be very important.

He said that it has been found to be very important in effectively implementing surveillance curfew with drones. Due to this, 15 FIRs have been registered till Friday evening and 20 vehicles have been seized.
