On Sunday, a Spanish newspaper had claimed that Portugal's star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has decided to convert his hotel into a hospital to combat coronavirus. But now, one of his hotel's spokesperson has denied the reports and said that these are just rumors. The Spanish newspaper claimed that Ronaldo was ready to convert one of his two hotels into a hospital to deal with the epidemic. However, the staff at Ronaldo's hotel said that they had no idea that it was being temporarily converted into a hospital.

The hotel spokesperson said, "This is a hotel. We are not going to convert it into the hospital. It is just like other normal days, it is a hotel and will remain a hotel. We have been receiving calls from the media since morning."  So far, more than 200 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Portugal. Ronaldo himself is under surveillance in Madeira after his Juventus' partner Danielle Ragani was found positive. Ronaldo, 35, shared an encouraging message to victims and fans. He advised everyone to be vigilant.

On Sunday and Monday, there were reports that Ronaldo had decided to convert one of his 4-star hotels into a hospital that would treat people infected with the coronavirus. This news was claimed by a newspaper, but now the hotel staff has categorically denied that the legendary footballer has no such intention. The coronavirus has declared as an epidemic by the World Health Organization. It is clear that everyone is now coming forward to help people. Many players have even donated money to help patients with the coronavirus.
