The total number of infected people rose to 56,349 on Monday after 1,748 new cases of corona virus infected were reported in Pakistan and 1,167 people have died due to this dangerous virus. The Ministry of National Health Service said that there are 22,491 infected in Sindh province, 20,077 in Punjab, 7,905 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 3,407 in Balochistan, 1,641 in Islamabad, 619 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 209 in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

In the last 24 hours, 34 people died, after which total 1,167 people have died in the country so far. At the same time, 17,482 people have become healthy by defeating the virus, while 4,83,656 samples have been tested across the country so far. In view of Eid, the number of people infected here may increase after giving concessions, whereas Eid was celebrated on Sunday in the country.
