Asian Cricket Council Postponed Meeting due to Covid-19

Coronavirus has impacted all sports tournaments and bilateral series worldwide. All cricket tournaments and bilateral series have been canceled or postponed. After this, the Asia Cup 2020 is also seen in the grip of this epidemic, because the meeting of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has been postponed due to Covid-19.

Let us know that for the next season of the Asia Cup, the board had to meet when and where this tournament would be played. The Asian Cricket Council had earlier decided that the Asia Cup would be held in the month of September 2020, but looking at the current conditions, it does not appear that the tournament will be held on time.

Let us tell you that Pakistan is hosting this year's Asia Cup, but the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has categorically denied that Indian players will not go to Pakistan at any cost. In such a situation, PCB and ACC will have to bow to this decision of India. In such a situation, the ACC and PCB have two options, one of which is that if India is not a part of Asia Cup then the tournament can be played in Pakistan. If India is a part then this tournament can be played in a neutral venue such as Dubai.
