After Ramayana and Mahabharata, Super hit show CID will be back in Lockdown

Shooting of TV shows has stopped due to Corona. In such a situation, the makers are telecasting old hit shows again. Ramayana and Mahabharata are also being telecasted again. Now another hit show is about to return in this period.

Everyone's favourite crime based show is about to comeback on TV. The CID will be re-telecasted on Sony Entertainment Channel as before. This show was a tremendous hit. In this, Shivaji Satam played the role of ACP Pradyuman. His gesture and style of solving every case has impressed everyone. This show was in the top in TRP rating.

Shivaji Satam is very happy with the show being telecasted again. In a conversation with Bombay Times, he said- I am happy to know that people will be able to watch CID again. This show ran for 22 years. You will not be able to achieve this success with bad content. People used to connect with our stories. Today, wherever I go, people know me as ACP. This is a good experience, we have become a big family. It would be fun to live CID again.

Apart from Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava and Dayanand Shetty were in the lead role in this crime fiction suspense thriller show. 1547 episodes of CID were telecasted. It premiered on 21 January 1998. This is India's longest running TV series. Its last episode went on air on 27 October 2018. It was directed by BP Singh.
