He said that we have to be realistic about the coronavirus because we do not know when the disease will end.

Dr. Ryan said that if we develop an effective vaccine of coronavirus which can be handy to every person in the world who needs it, then it is possible that the disease will be eradicated. However, he did not say anything about when and how this vaccine would be invented.
