Corona infection has created havoc in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1.42 lakh cases of corona have been reported in the country. These cases are 21 percent more than yesterday. Meanwhile, booking of appointments is starting from today i.e. Saturday for the preparation dose of Corona Vaccine.

The cases of coronavirus in the country seem to be increasing very rapidly. According to media reports, in the last 24 hours on Saturday, the figure of more than 1 lakh 40 thousand new cases has come to the fore, which has increased the concern. However, the data of the Ministry of Health has not come yet. Let us tell you that after 7 months, more than 1 lakh new cases have been received for the second consecutive day.

40,925 new cases of Covid-19 in Maharashtra

In Maharashtra, 40,925 people have been found infected with the coronavirus on Friday. This number is 4,660 more than yesterday. According to the Health Department, 20 people have died due to infection in the state. Half of the new corona cases of infection that came on Friday have come in Mumbai alone. The good thing is that none of the new patients has been confirmed to be infected with the Omicron variant.
