Stock Market Surges on Friday, Sensex Closed below 40500 Points

The Indian stock market saw a round of selling on Friday. After the slight improvement in the initial trade, there was a big fall in the Sensex and Nifty. At the end of the trade, the Sensex fell by 334.44 points, or 0.82 per cent, to close at 40 thousand 445 points. Similarly, the Nifty dropped by 96.90 points (0.81%) to 11,921.50 points.

Yes Bank shares of the private sector sector witnessed a period of decline. At the end of the business, the bank's shares closed down over 9 per cent. Actually, global ratings agency Moody's has downgraded the private sector Yes Bank ratings with a negative outlook. Moody's has also raised questions about timing, pricing and regulatory approval in the claim of showing interest of investing $ 2 billion in the bank.

Vodafone-Idea Shares Scramble with Birla's statement
Vodafone-Idea shares fell nearly 6 percent during the business. Actually, the company's chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla has said that if the government does not provide relief, Vodafone-Idea will stop. In a media event, Birla said, "We have to close our shop (Vodafone-Idea)." Birla indicated not to invest any more in the company in the event of no relief from the government. He said that there is no point in putting more money into the sinking money. Birla said that in the event of relief, he will take the company through the insolvency process.

Country's legendary automaker company Maruti Suzuki India has recalled more than 60 thousand cars from the market. The loss of this news was seen in Maruti's stock.
