Market Rises before Exit Poll, Sensex Jumped 500 Points in Early Trade

After several days of ups and downs, the Indian stock market closed at the end of the week. On Friday, the Sensex rose 537 points to close at 37,930, while the Nifty climbed 150.05 points to 11,407.15. Earlier, the business started with the advance. In the initial trading, the Sensex rose 181 points and the Nifty once again crossed 11300 points.

At the end of the turnover, Bajaj Finance's shares saw an increase of about 6 percent. Apart from this, Hero MotoCorp's share has risen more than 4 percent. On the other hand, the shares of Maruti, Kotak Bank and Bajaj Auto were closed with a gain of more than 3%, while HUL's shares closed with a gain of 2.50%.

Such a big boost in the stock market has been seen before the exit poll. Actually, voting for the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections on Sunday. Exit polls will start coming after this phase of voting. Due to these exit polls, there may be an impact on the market on Monday. Besides, due to profits in the quarterly results of companies, the market grew louder on Friday.

The net profit of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) of the public sector has increased 17 percent in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2018-19 to Rs 6,099.27 crore. In the first quarter of the financial year 2017-18, the company's net profit was Rs 5,218.10 crore, according to the IOC.

The company's turnover increased to Rs 1.44 lakh crore in the January-March quarter of the previous financial year, from Rs 1.37 lakh crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago. Explain that concerns related to the dispute between the US-China trade and the rise in crude oil prices made the rupee fall 29 paise to Rs 70.32 a dollar in early trading on Friday.
