Jewellery Shops Opened in Jaipur, No Customer Seen Due to Fear of Corona

Jewellery shops have opened once again in Jaipur, Rajasthan, after a stringent lockdown, shops have opened once again in Johri Bazaar but the crowd seems to be missing from the shops. Customers are avoiding shopping amid the Corona crisis, whereas shopkeepers claim that customers are keeping a distance from shops as they are afraid of gathering at the shops.

ON WEDNESDAY 355 NEW CASES WERE REPORTED IN RAJASTHAN 

One shopkeeper said, 'We don't have customers, people are afraid to come out of the houses. It is difficult for us, how can we give a salary to our employees? There are also difficulties in paying the rent of the shops. On Wednesday, a total of 355 new cases of coronavirus were reported in Rajasthan, out of which 51 cases were reported in Jaipur alone, whereas so far, a total of 11,600 people in Rajasthan have been infected with the coronavirus.

259 PEOPLE DIED SO FAR IN RAJASTHAN

There are 2,772 active cases of coronavirus infected in Rajasthan. On Wednesday, 4 people died of the coronavirus and so far, 259 people have died due to corona infection. Amid the rapidly growing Corona crisis, shops have been opened once again, whereas, the people are avoiding coming to the shops.
