ISRO has prepared to complete the ambitious Gaganyaan project of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on time. The initial month of 2022 is set for this manned space flight. Just before the flight of Gaganyaan, ISRO will send 'Vyommitra' into space and study the activities of the human body there. This 'Half Humanoid' (human) robot will send its report to ISRO from space. ISRO presented Viomitra to the world on Wednesday and explained its merits.
ISRO scientist Sam Dayal said in a media interaction, 'Vyommitra' will study the activities of a human body in space and send a report to us. We are doing this as a test. It is being told that 'Vyommitra' is a very special robot in itself. It can talk and recognize humans. This robot can mimic the activities performed by astronauts. '
The creator can talk and answer people's questions. This robot has been developed by ISRO. Vyommitra was introduced in Bengaluru on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Vyomitra greeted the people by saying, 'Hi, I'm the first prototype of Half Humanoid (human)'. Dayal said that this robot is being called Half Humanoid because it has no legs.
Dayal said that this robot can only lean forward and to the side. It will conduct some tests in space and will be in touch with ISRO's command center. It is worth mentioning that according to PM Modi's announcement, ISRO is busy preparing to send 'Gaganyaan' on India's first manned space mission within the 2022 deadline. The objective of this expedition is to send Indians on a space journey and bring them back safely.
ISRO Chairman K.K. Sivan has said that the first four candidates have been selected out of a total of 12 of the space travel and will begin training in Russia later this month. The identity of these candidates is being kept secret. Yes, it is definitely known that all these are test pilots of the Indian Air Force. The training program will start from November and will last for 15 months. 10 thousand crore rupees will be spent on this mission.
According to the mission's stated goals, India will send at least three of its astronauts to space for 5 to 7 days, where they will perform a variety of micro-gravity tests. Russia is assisting India in a special mission in three aspects. A National Advisory Committee has been formed for Gaganyaan.
