Gold and Silver Prices Declined Today, Know the Rates in Bullion Market

Gold and silver prices fell on Tuesday. Silver prices in the Delhi Sarafa Bazar fell by Rs 660. After the silver rate fell, it was recorded at Rs 38,010 per kg. There is no demand for industrial units and guineas manufacturers in silver.

Gold prices fell today after Monday's big hike in the prices. Gold today fell by Rs 235 to Rs 32,980 per 10 gram. There was very little demand in jewelers for gold.

According to traders, local jewelers and retailers did not show interest in gold. In the international market, the New York gold price was $ 1,299.3 per ounce and silver was priced at $ 15.31 per troy oz. Yesterday, there was a huge increase of Rs. 425 in gold prices.

On the domestic front, 99.9 percent and 99.5 percent purity fell by Rs 235-235 to Rs 32,980 and Rs 32,810 per ten gram respectively. However, the price of guineas remained unchanged at Rs 26,400 per piece of 8 grams.

In line with a general weak trend, silver ready dropped by Rs 660 to Rs 38,010 per kg and weekly-based delivery went up by Rs 77 to Rs 37,830 per kilogram. Silver coins showed a decline after a long time. Silver coins fell by Rs 1 thousand. Coin liquefied was up 79,000 and selling was up by 80 thousand rupees.
