On Saturday Xi Jinping's apologized for the incorrect translation of his name from Burmese on Facebook during his visit to Myanmar. The two-day visit of Myanmar's capital Nepeta to Xi Chinfing is the first visit by a Chinese leader in two decades.

Xi's name was misinterpreted in the automatic translation system on Myanmar's Facebook page, causing controversy. In a Facebook post translated from Burmese into English, Xi Chinfing's name was written as' Mr. Shithole '. The official Facebook page of Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi saw the most error.

"China's President Mr. Shithole has arrived at four o'clock in the evening." It further reads, "China's President Shithole signed a guest document of the House of Representatives." Facebook Said this is regrettable and due to a technical glitch.

A Facebook spokesperson said, "We have fixed the technical glitch, which resulted in mistranslation from Burmese language to English on Facebook. This should not have happened and we are taking steps to ensure that such a mistake does not happen again. We sincerely apologize for this mistake. '
