The Delhi High Court on Wednesday stayed the interim increase in the fee by private non-profiting schools of the National Capital on April 8, on the petition of the government. AAP has challenged the order of a single judge to allow the increase in the interim fee of these schools in your petition.

A bench of Justice S Murlidhar and Justice IS Mehta issued notice and sought a response from the 'Action Committee Unaided Recognized Private Schools'. A large number of private schools are members of this organization. The Delhi government had challenged the order of the bench of its single judge in the High Court on Tuesday, in which it was allowed to do interim increase in the fee for the implementation of the recommendations of the Seventh Central Pay Commission on the salary of teachers and other employees of private national non-profit schools of the National Capital.

The bench of a single judge had allowed the interim duty increase by canceling the circular of the Delhi government on April 15 last year. In this circular, there was a ban on the increase in the education fee without the approval of the Directorate of Education of private non-profitable schools running on government land. The court will hear further on April 8 in this case.
