A Fall Recorded in Gold Prices, Know the Price in Sarafa Market

Gold and Silver prices fell on Tuesday. Gold prices fell by Rs 50 to Rs 33,170 per 10 grams in Delhi's Sarafa Bazar. Due to less demand for gold, its price has declined.

On the other hand, the rate of silver decreased. The silver rate fell by Rs 100 to Rs 3,9100 per kg. There is less demand for silver and idle manufacturers in silver. According to traders, due to the weak global trend, gold prices declined. Gold prices fell below the 1-month high in the international market.

Globally, the gold price fell 0.24 percent to $ 1319.20 an ounce, whereas, silver fell 0.35 percent to $ 15.56 an ounce. In the Delhi Sarafa Bazar, gold of 99.9 percent and 99.5 percent purity declined by Rs. 50 to Rs. 33,170 and Rs. 33,000 per ten gram respectively. However, the eight-gram guinea remained at the level of 26,400 rupees per unit. Gold prices rose sharply on Monday to 170 rupees.

On the other hand, silver declined by Rs 100 to Rs 39,100 per kg and weekly-based delivery by Rs 1 to Rs 38,365 per kg. The prices of silver coins remained steady. Silver coins buying and selling were up by Rs. 80,000 and Rs. 81,000 per hundred respectively.
