The United States wishes that Huawei could not escape the earlier restrictions. Ross told Fox Business that there is a very high level of technical flaw through which Huawei has been able to influence American technology, he said that we never wanted such a flaw to happen. Huawei Technologies is China's first global technology brand and the company manufactures networked devices and smartphones, whereas Huawei is the major issue of the US-China dispute. US officials have been saying that Huawei is a threat to security. However, the company has denied these allegations.

At the same time, China says that the US wants to damage Huawei by posing a challenge to American technology companies by misusing the security warning. Under the new rules, foreign semiconductor manufacturers will have to obtain US licenses to send semiconductors designed by Huawei using American technology to a Chinese company, China has warned of retaliation against American companies. Chip design and manufacturing equipment used in the world's semiconductor plants are mostly manufactured in the US, so the new ones will affect the foreign producers who sell to Huawei.
