Donald Trump will Sue California, Case Related to Tax Return Law

US President Donald Trump and the Republican Party are going to sue California. California has recently passed a law that makes it mandatory for presidential candidates to file tax returns.

Actually California Province Governor Gavin Newsom passed this law last week, Newsom is a Democrat. According to a BBC report, Plaintiffs stated in two cases that it is unconstitutional, as it has sought additional qualifications for the presidential candidate.

US President Donald Trump rejected the release of his tax return, saying that his audit was still going on. California became the first province to enact this law, although other Democratic-controlled provinces tried it.

California has decided to hold elections on ballot paper for primary voting, although general elections will not be held on it. The state has enacted nearly 40 laws against Trump, including immigration, environmental regulations. (With IANS input)
