Doctor of Indian Origin Tried to Harass women by doing Fake Checkup

A doctor of Indian origin has been convicted by a British court of harassment of women. He used to take advantage of their weakness to harass women and intimidate them by telling news related to cancer of Hollywood and TV stars.

This General Practitioner (GP) named Manish Shah has harassed 25 women so far. It was revealed during a hearing in London's Old Ballet Court that he used to resort to news to intimidate women. She also resorted to Hollywood star Angelina Jolie to intimidate a woman. She told the story to the patient about how Angelina Jolie had breast cancer and the patient should also undergo breast checkup.

Punishment will be heard in February

Lawyer Kate Beaux told the court that he used to sexually harass women by resorting to his profession and would do breast and vaginal checkups without any medical need. However, the doctor denied all these allegations and said that he was practicing 'defensive medicine'.

Between May 2009 and June 2013, Manish also sexually abused many minors. He used to touch women unfairly under the pretext of investigation. In 2013, the doctor was suspended after the case surfaced and a police investigation started against him. The convicted doctor will be sentenced on February 7 for 25 sexual offenses.
